Scope of registration are critical. QAIC assigns a lead auditor. |

judge how close it is to being compliant. This assessment has no official effect on the outcome

| QAIC Performs a one day review of the customer's Quality Manual to determine compliance
to the standard. The customer received a detailed report. |

| QAIC performs a one day on-site visit to verify other documentation (procedures, work
instruction, etc.) needed to demonstrate compliance to the standard. QAIC answers any questions
about its registration and performs a walk through assessment. QAIC judges if the customer is ready
for the registration assessment. The customer receives a detailed report of the status of Quality
Manual issues and any new findings from this visit. |
